From a small angle clip to an I-beam over 60 feet long, PythonX fabricates just about any piece of structural steel you care to produce.
The workpiece is placed on the in-feed conveyor, then guided into the cutting station where PythonX probes the workpiece to get exact coordinates. It makes the programmed cuts, using its unique "6-axis" ability to encircle the piece and cut from almost any angle. The process is fully automatic

Specs for Success
PythonX handles a wide array of structural shapes and impressive range of part sizes. It will cut steel up to 1.25 " thick in shapes up to 48" wide and 16" high. With conveyor options, it can handle beams up to 80 feet long.
