From a small angle clip to an I-beam over 60 feet long, PythonX fabricates just about any piece of structural steel you care to produce.



The workpiece is placed on the in-feed conveyor, then guided into the cutting station where PythonX probes the workpiece to get exact coordinates. It makes the programmed cuts, using its unique "6-axis" ability to encircle the piece and cut from almost any angle. The process is fully automatic

PythonX VersaFab software accepts part data files from design detailing packages and loads it directly into the machine control. No programming.

Accuracy is "built in" to parts cut by PythonX. Start with precision part positioning, add PythonX's remarkable probe & measure function, and all guesswork or chance for human error are taken out of the equation.




PythonX handles a wide array of structural shapes and impressive range of part sizes. It will cut steel up to 1.25 " thick in shapes up to 48" wide and 16" high. With conveyor options, it can handle beams up to 80 feet long.
