System Accuracy

The PythonX routinely produces parts that are within 1/32"
(0.8 mm) tolerance over the length of the part. Actual part
tolerance is often tighter, as positional repeatability of the
cutting robot is 12 times more precise at 0.0026" (0.07 mm)

Material Sizes & System Accuracy

PythonX fabricates a much wider variety of structural sections and sizes compared to conventional single-purpose machines. From 3"x3" angle to large W36x300 beams and everything in between, PythonX automatically processes 99% of the typical structural fabrication shop's material.

PythonX can pierce (holes, slots, etc.) up to 1.25" thick material and can edge start cut (cut to length, notch, etc.) material up to 2" thick.

NOTE: On thick, large column sections where the traditional bandsaw starts to break off teeth and "wander" through the cut, PythonX produces perfectly square cuts that easily meet an 80%+ bearing requirement.  No grinding, no fixing and no wasting time.
This one PythonX machine can replace 5 ro 6 Voortman machines
