Take a behind the scenes look at the talented people responsible for designing, building and supporting the PythonX from Lincoln Electric.
Underside Processing and Dual Zone Cutting
PythonX includes several refined features that were developed after years of field testing such as underside processing, unique dual cutting zones, short part transfers and ergonomic scrap bins.
Cross Transfers and Infeed Conveyor
The Cross Transfer option works along side the Infeed Conveyor of the PythonX and will reduce material handling and increase your capacity or throughput.

Southern Services & Equipment
In 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and Southern Services & Equipment was decimated, losing $1 million in uninsured equipment and property damage. The Nunez family took the insurance money from their personal home and began to rebuild their shop while living in trailers. They were awarded dozens of contracts to help rebuild New Orleans and continually reinvested profits back into the business by purchasing state-of-the-art equipment. They decided to purchase a PythonX and took their ‘Mom & Pop Shop’ to the next level.
M&G Steel
M&G Steel in Oakville, ON, Canada decided to take a leap of faith and purchased one of the first PythonX systems ever manufactured. Twelve years later, the PythonX is better than ever and has proven to be the most reliable piece of equipment they have ever owned.
Universal Steel Inc.
When this Lithonia, GA based third generation family-owned business decided to upgrade their antiquated punch line, they had a few challenges ahead of them. First, they had to find a machine that could fit into their existing facility and then they had to convince the older generations that the PythonX was the right piece of equipment. After extensive research, they took a leap and their throughput increased by at least 40%.
Endres Manufacturing
As more experienced employees were nearing retirement, Endres Manufacturing in Waunakee, WI had to find a way to function at a high level with less experience on the shop floor. So they decided to automate by purchasing a PythonX. They estimated that the PythonX would pay for itself in approximately 3 to 5 years. But, once it was installed and the Operators were trained, the ROI was only 11 months.
Anderson Steel
Technology and automation advancements have led Anderson Steel down the path of dramatic productivity improvements. Implementing the PythonX has led Anderson Steel to take on larger, more complex structural steel projects and is producing 8x more fabricated structural beams.
Stehl Corporation
Streamlining the company’s move into structural fabrication has led Phoenix-based Stehl Corporation to the next step in founder and president Paul Stehl’s long-range plan for the company. Adding the PythonX® fabrication system has resulted in a 60% increase in growth for 2017, mostly due to increased structural work.
